For practices

Your expertise.
A stronger network.

Help build Shockwave Clinics: a recognisable network for careful assessment, targeted treatment and clear explanations. We are looking for practices that want to make quality visible.

Explore membership

Give your specialist care a clear platform.

A recognisable practice profile

Show patients who you are, which techniques you offer and where to find you. Before joining, we agree how your practice will be represented on the platform.

Content that earns trust

A knowledge library that answers questions and explains treatment options, including the limits of the evidence. Information that supports the conversation in your clinic.

A shared commitment to quality

Commit to clear standards for quality, communication and evaluation. We discuss which knowledge-sharing opportunities and support fit your practice.

Quality before growth

Does your practice
meet our standard?

These are the principles for our admission review. We discuss supporting documents and specific agreements during the introductory process.

Demonstrable clinical competence

Your team has relevant healthcare qualifications, applicable professional registrations and documented training in the shockwave techniques it offers. We review qualifications, experience and continuing education.

Equipment suited to the care you provide

You clearly state whether you offer focused shockwave, radial shockwave or both. We review the equipment, maintenance, safe use and operator competence. A technique only appears on your profile after review.

Assessment before treatment selection

A thorough intake, clinical examination and assessment of contraindications inform every treatment decision. You recognise signs that require further investigation or referral. Ultrasound is used only when appropriate and within your competence.

Honest expectations

You discuss the evidence, uncertainties, alternatives and costs. You do not promise a cure or sell treatment packages without an individual assessment. Patients take part in the decision.

Safe and reliable practice management

We review professional liability cover, privacy and record keeping, hygiene, complaints procedures and accessibility. Patient information is shared only through suitable secure channels.

Ongoing quality assurance

You document treatment goals and review points, discuss outcomes and adjust the plan if progress stalls. Membership agreements cover periodic quality reviews, training and appropriate use of the brand.

From introduction to membership.

  1. Tell us about your practice

Share your location, team, equipment and experience. Do not include patient information.

  2. Review quality together

We discuss your approach and review relevant documents. A practice visit or further clinical discussion may follow.

  3. Clear agreements before you start

If there is a good fit, you receive a proposal covering the partnership, admission requirements, fees and terms. Your practice joins only after mutual agreement.

An introductory conversation

Strong care starts
with a good conversation.
